1. I have downloaded the software but I am not able to install it
Check if you have logged in as Administrator. Only Administrator user can install and update Rapidform Softwares
2. Check for Update button does not work
Check if you have logged in as Administrator. Only Administrator user can update Rapidform Softwares. Also make sure that your maintenance has not expired

1.where do I find my activation code
Your activation code will be in you EULA which will be in the Rapidform Software DVD Box. In case if you have downloaded the software you would get the activation code from our license manager/your respective reseller by email. Also, if required, you may contact us at license@rapidform.com
FAQ on Troubleshooting
1. My commands are greyed out
Make sure you are in right mode/stage. For example in order to use all the commands in Tools -> Mesh Tools you need to be in mesh mode
